- To generate content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content Ownership and Responsibility
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you generate using the Service (“User Content”). When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Service, you give PalmVision AI a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
